newspapers to endure shipment. *

REQUEST: We propose 2 choices:
1. We would like to return the item for a refund
a. shipping cost paid or reimbursed by Seller since we
already paid for shipping once, which should be enough, or
b. shipping cost paid by the
Carrier if you can convince them that
they are at fault, or
2. Replacement unit sent to us, this time shipped with sufficient cushioning to
withstand transit.
(This might cost you less.)
Bubble wrap was insufficient to cushion and protect the
corners of the firewall against impact damage. Note picture above and below.
The impact damage to the corner of the firewall (see first two images) coincides
with the damage to the corner of the box (picture above) .
