If a registrant must cancel, AACRAO will refund 100% of the registration fee up to five business days prior to the conference;thereafter a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. The cancellation must be received in writing. AACRAO cannot re fund cancellations received after the meeting has begun. AACRAO is not responsible for any changes, cancellations assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents.
