Support and Maintenance

Support and Maintenance contracts are required for all SalesLogix software purchases in the first year. Support and Maintenance are calculated as 10% of MSP respectively. For example, on a $10,000 software purchase the Support contract cost is $1000 and the Maintenance contract cost is $1000 for a total of $2,000.
